Lost of damaged items:
We will ensure that your order is packaged with the greatest of care and consideration of safety however, if your package is damaged or lost please contact your local carrier to fill out a claim as we do not take responsibility for any packages that are lost or damaged by the carrier.
All Australian orders are insured by Australia Post for up to $100.00 for any lost or damaged items. If you'd like to be insured for more than $100.00 please reach out to us via email. If there is an error with your order such as missing or incorrect items, please contact us asap.

All orders delivered within Australia & internationally automatically have tracking. You will receive a copy of your tracking once the order has been shipped. If your order has not arrived please contact us via email.

- Orders under $200.00 are sent via standard postage or express as calculated at checkout
Orders sent outside Australia:
- Free delivery (world wide) for orders over $200.00
- Delivery costs vary depending on the country the parcel is being delivered to and the delivery method chosen. Healing & Beyond uses Standard Air Postage which includes tracking. If an alternative form of postage is required contact customer service to discuss options.
- Some parcels sent overseas will be quarantined by Customs until an additional fee is paid to Customs to release the parcel to you.
