Healing & Beyond ships worldwide.
Orders sent via Australia Post may be delivered to PO Boxes where applicable.
Order Confirmation
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation containing details of your purchase. Please retain this email for your records.
Processing Times
Due to the volume of orders we receive, processing times are generally between 2–5 business days.
During periods of exceptionally high demand, processing times may be extended. Should any significant delays occur, we will contact you via email.
Delivery timeframes begin once your order has been dispatched and are subject to the shipping service selected at checkout.
Tracking Orders
All Australian and international orders include tracking.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
Please note that separate orders cannot be combined after purchase and will be shipped individually. Shipping costs are non-refundable in these circumstances.
Lost, Stolen or Damaged Parcels
Every order is packaged with the utmost care and attention to ensure it arrives safely.
However, once a parcel has been handed to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier. If your parcel is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit, you may need to lodge a claim directly with the carrier.
All Australian orders sent with Australia Post include up to $100 AUD of compensation coverage for eligible lost or damaged items. Customers wishing to insure parcels above this amount should contact us prior to placing their order.
If there is an issue with your order, such as missing or incorrect items, please contact us as soon as possible.
Worry-Free Protection
Worry-Free Protection is an optional service available at checkout that provides additional coverage for eligible lost, stolen, or damaged parcels during transit.
Customers who choose not to purchase Worry-Free Protection acknowledge that they are declining this additional coverage.
While we will always do our best to assist with shipping-related issues, our ability to provide replacements, refunds, or compensation may be limited where Worry-Free Protection has not been selected.
We strongly recommend purchasing Worry-Free Protection, particularly for higher-value orders.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
Healing & Beyond is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information supplied by the customer.
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, being unclaimed, refused, or otherwise undeliverable, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.
Natural Crystal Disclaimer
All crystals sold by Healing & Beyond are natural products formed by nature.
Variations in color, inclusions, fractures, markings, texture, shape, and other natural characteristics are normal and should be expected. These unique features are part of what makes each crystal one of a kind and are not considered defects.
Product photographs are taken with care to represent each crystal as accurately as possible; however, colors may vary slightly between screens and devices.

Free shipping is available worldwide on orders over $200 AUD.
Orders under $200 AUD will incur shipping charges calculated at checkout based on the delivery service selected.
International Orders
Free shipping is available worldwide on orders over $200 AUD.
Shipping costs for orders under this amount are calculated at checkout and vary depending on destination country and delivery method.
Healing & Beyond primarily uses tracked international shipping services through Australia Post.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import charges, quarantine fees, VAT, or other government-imposed charges that may apply within their country.
Healing & Beyond has no control over these charges and is not responsible for delays, fees, confiscations, or rejections imposed by customs authorities.
Please familiarise yourself with your country's import regulations before placing an order.
