Processing times:
Please note we receive a large number of orders daily. Processing times are 2-5 business days unless there are a large volume of orders then it may be delayed (we will contact you if we have delays). Once your order is dispatched, delivery time will be subjected to the delivery service used.
Lost of damaged items:
We will ensure that your order is packaged with the greatest of care and consideration of safety however, if your package is damaged or lost please contact your local carrier to fill out a claim as we do not take responsibility for any packages that are lost or damaged by the carrier.
All Australian orders are insured by Australia Post for up to $100.00 for any lost or damaged items. If you'd like to be insured for more than $100.00 please reach out to us via email. If there is an error with your order such as missing or incorrect items, please contact us asap.

Tracking Orders:
All orders delivered within Australia & internationally automatically have tracking. You will receive a copy of your tracking once the order has been shipped. If your order has not arrived please contact us via email.

- Orders under $150.00 are sent via standard postage or express as calculated at checkout
