Please note we receive a large number of orders daily. Processing times are 2-5 business days unless there are a large volume of orders then it may be delayed (we will contact you if we have delays). Once your order is dispatched, delivery time will be subjected to the delivery service used.
Lost of damaged items:
We will ensure that your order is packaged with the greatest of care and consideration of safety however, if your package is damaged or lost please contact your local carrier to fill out a claim as we do not take responsibility for any packages that are lost or damaged by the carrier.
All Australian orders are insured by Australia Post for up to $100.00 for any lost or damaged items. If you'd like to be insured for more than $100.00 please reach out to us via email. If there is an error with your order such as missing or incorrect items, please contact us asap.

Tracking Orders:
All orders delivered within Australia & internationally automatically have tracking. You will receive a copy of your tracking once the order has been shipped. If your order has not arrived please contact us via email.
Please note if you have place two separate orders, there will be no refunds on shipping costs & your orders will be sent in separate packages.

- Free delivery (world wide) for orders over $150.00
- Orders under $150.00 are sent via standard postage or express as calculated at checkout

- Free delivery (world wide) for orders over $150.00
- Delivery costs vary depending on the country the parcel is being delivered to and the delivery method chosen. Healing & Beyond uses Standard Air Postage which includes tracking. If an alternative form of postage is required contact customer service to discuss options.
- Some parcels sent overseas will be quarantined by Customs until an additional fee is paid to Customs to release the parcel to you. Please check the applicable Custom laws in your country before placing your order. Healing & Beyond is not liable to pay such fees and is not responsible for the rejection of your parcel
